A Grunge Master, Wolves, Foxes & A Gila Monster In Sunday’s Zoo
Every Sunday night, 10pm to Midnight, 95.5 KLAQ brings you two hours of the latest national rock releases, as well as shining the spotlight on local rock from the Borderland, that we call: Q-Connected.
This week we will hear some returning artists; the first being the return of Bad Wolves. Back in June of this year they announced their new singer, Daniel "DL" Laskiewicz (the guitarist from Acadia Strain, & who worked with Bad Wolves in the past on their 2019 album N.A.T.I.O.N) & they FINALLY released the first single with Daniel as the lead singer & you'll that song this week. Another returning artist, is the legendary grunge Alice In Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell. Jerry definitely still has that classic AIC sound; he's currently working on his 3rd solo album "Brighten", which is set for release October 29th, 2021 & you'll hear the title track for this week as well (You can hear his first single "Atone" down below). We also have new rock by Living Dead Girl, Badflower, Black Label Society, Asking Alexandria & much more.
And of course, let's not forget about the local rock. This week we have The 1-800, a new song by The Dead Electrics, Glass Townes, The P-Razors (who will finally release their new album in October), Novanima, Second Nature & many more.
