This Weekend Enjoy Some Bands Going On Tour In Texas
Every Sunday afternoon, from 5 to 7pm, 95.5 KLAQ brings you two hours of the latest national rock & we shine the spotlight on great local rock from El Paso & the Borderland. We call this 2 hour block: Q-Connected. This week, we've got some artists going on tour for 2023, some coming to El Paso this year.
Let's start with the national artists for this Sunday
With the announcement of Koe Wetzel bringing his "Road to Hell Paso" Tour in El Paso in October, we'll hear some songs from the East Texas rocker. Some of the songs that were recorded right here in El Paso at Sonic Ranch studios, including "Creeps" & a couple of other surprises.
You can hear some of his live performances from Sonic Ranch Studios down below:
With the announcement of the new Staind album coming out called Confessions of the Fallen, we'll hear not only the new song, "Lowest In Me", we'll hear some audio clips FROM Mike himself, talking all about the new album.
And of course, with the new Foo Fighters song released this week, we'll hear the new song as we get ready for their very first appearance happening in October at the Don Haskins Center.
And finally...the local rockers appearing on Sunday's Q Connected
We have an abundance of new material from El Paso artists like Glorious, Federal OFFense, Late Night Drive Home, & Acid Wave.
And we have a few artists making their debut for this week: Divide, Obscure, & The Revenants. And much more for this Sunday's Q Connected.
