There Was No Q Connected Last Week But It's Back In New Time Slot

Some people have been asking "why was there no Q Connected on Sunday?" "where's Q Connected??". Well I will explain the reasons why there was no show last week. It's not going away. On the contrary... it's staying & it's coming to you at an earlier time.

Last Saturday & Sunday, Loudwire Weekends was introduced & will be heard on Sundays Noon to 5pm & again 7-Midnight. So what does that mean for Q Connected? It means will have a new time slot on KLAQ: From 5pm-7pm, we will bring you Q Connected earlier in the day, so you can hear all of the new rock, regional rock & local rock at a better time!

And for the first show in our NEW time slot, we have some local artists that I think deserve to be on the Rock Band video game (you can see the whole list HERE):

our very own Jim Ward & much more.

For new & regional rock we have the brand new song from Pearl Jam front man, Eddie Vedder, Muse, Beartooth, & Ghost.

You'll also hear a new band, all the way from Los Angeles, Of Gods & Monsters, who features a couple of superstars in metal:

Ira Black (who's worked with over 60 bands including Metal Church, Lizzy Borden,& Dokken) on guitar
Bjorn Englen (Yngwie Malmsteen, Quiet Riot) on bass
Simon Wright (Dio, AC/DC, UFO, Geoff Tate's Queensryche) on drums
& front man Kevin Goocher, from Dallas TX & who's friends with Eddy Garcia of the P Razors.
