Anyone who has spent any time in or near Five Points probably knows of Pipo Academy of Hair Design and The Hideaway Lounge. Sadly, in the early morning hours of May 10th, a fire raged throughout the building that houses Pipo, The Hideaway and apartments at 3000 Pershing Ave.

Geraldo On…Make That IN Crossfire!

Geraldo Rivera and his camera crew got caught in some crossfire in Libya on Sunday, and they got it all on camera. In the video, you can see Geraldo running for cover, then ducking down while guns and mortars are being fired. Luckily . . . or, unluckily . . . he and his crew were unharmed.

The moral of the story? So obvious, even Geraldo got it: Guns are dangerous, especially in the hands of idiots.
