From Fire Trucks to Food Trucks: EPFD FireFest is Back and Bigger Than Ever
Get ready to ignite your weekend with the hottest event in El Paso this September, (all puns intended.) The second annual FireFest 2023 is happening Saturday, September 23rd, at the Pavo Real Park, located at 9301 Alameda Avenue, and this year’s event is set to be bigger and better than last year's.
Firefest is a FREE family-friendly event and the community is invited to enjoy all the activities the event has to offer including Firefighter Demonstrations and Police and EMS Exhibits showcasing the incredible work of our local heroes.
The kids will have a chance to enjoy some interactive activities and the whole family can enjoy delicious Food Trucks, Live Music, and Entertainment to groove to throughout the day.
This year’s Firefest will also feature Fire Safety Tips and Resources from local law enforcement to keep you and your loved ones safe.
If you love shopping locally then you are in luck because the Firefest event will have a Farmers Market which will feature local vendors.
‘Mija, yes you can’ will be joining in on the fun and we will have our Mija pop-up available for you to stock up on Mija t-shirts and other Mija merchandise.
Aside from family fun and shopping, you’ll also have a chance to get your FREE flu shot at this year's Firefest.
So, whether you've always been curious about firefighting, fascinated by police work, or just looking for a fantastic day out with your loved ones, FireFest has something for everyone.
