According to our news partners at ABC 7 small explosions could be heard coming from the fire at the Rio Valley Biofuels plant in Anthony, N.M. It is still unknown what caused the blaze.

Evacuation order for residents living near bio-diesel facility incident has been lifted. Earlier in the day residents were evacuated after several explosions could be heard.
