Woman Beats Burglar With Back Scratcher

A burglar attempted to rob an Indiana couple, but was met with a surprise attack.

Patty Kerney and her husband were watching television one night, when they heard their back door shatter. A burglar ran in and confronted the couple.

During the confrontation, Patty realized the burglar didn't have a gun, so she grabbed the closest item next to her, a back scratcher.

“I said no and I looked at him and said, do you have a gun?  And he said no, and I don’t know what happened.  I snapped,” she said. “I don’t think he expected an overweight woman on oxygen to attack him; I really don’t.”

The burglar ran off, after getting an ass beating.
