Dion's, the New Mexico based pizza chain that is super popular, is about to open their doors for the first time in El Paso!

Awhile back, El Pasoans were thrilled to find out that the Albuquerque based chain will be bringing their delicious pizzas to the Sun City; along with the announcement, we learned the location: 7484 Paseo del Norte Blvd. in Northwest El Paso. 

We've gotten some great updates since then, just look at how glorious the sign looks!

Today, we have the official opening date!

Mark your calendars, El Paso, because Dion's will be opening up on June 12!

If you've never had Dion's before, you are in for a real treat! Dion's is loved by its customers for its pies and unique selection of ranch and Greek dressings. Dion’s offers a variety of pizzas, sub sandwiches, and salads. The pepperoni with green Chile, aka The 505, is a fan favorite, which isn't surprising given Dion's New Mexico roots.

This new location will be the first in El Paso (but hopefully not the last!) and its third in Texas. It currently operates 27 restaurants; 22 in New Mexico including 2 in Las Cruces, 3 in Colorado, and 2 in Lubbock, Texas.

Dion's joins the ever growing Northwest El Paso location where other establishments have already had major success! There's no doubt that Dion's will also see its fair share of success seeing as how many El Pasoans already love the pizzeria. It's good to see that we won't have to travel far now to get our Dion's fix!
