To Work Or Not To Work When Sick?…That Is The Question.

So, this past week and a half I've been feeling like I've been on my deathbed!! No matter what I do, I can't seem to get rid of this cold, or flu...which has escalated to an ear infection..YAY!!! I love not being able to hear..it's awesome!
At what point should I call in sick though?? I really can't afford to do it..I hate missing days cause that means I miss out on money..and with a house full of girls..they can get expensive, so I can't do it!
But being on radio, people expect you to sound good on-air and sound energetic!
