One of the most used songs used in sports and as an anthem of overcoming adversity, "Eye of the Tiger" was the song that Davis used as she walked out of jail. Unfortunately, Davis could be in even more trouble after her use of the song since Survivor didn't grant her permission to use their song.

Davis could be in some trouble for her use of the song since her use of it at her freedom rally would be considered a public performance under copyright law, meaning a failure to secure permission to play the song would likely be a violation, according to Daily Dot.
