August is finally here and it seems like it's starting to cool down a bit here in Texas. I don't hate summer but it's not my favorite. I'm more of a fall girl. I like a nice crisp in the air, the changing colors of the leaves, pumpkin patches, etc. Living in West Texas, and as a lover of fall, I make sure to enjoy the cooler weather when we do get it.

Now, with me professing my love for fall, you'd figure that I'm a PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) lover but, really, I'm not a fan. It's too sweet for my taste. I'm a regular coffee kind of gal. But, tons of people love the PSL so it should come as no surprise that this year the PSL will debut a bit earlier than last year. Last year, PSL was available to select customers on September 1 until it finally was available to all customers on September 5. Well, mark your calendars because according to Business Insider, PSL addicts can get their next hit on August 28.

If you're like me and not a big fan of the PSL, fear not because Business Insider is also reporting that Starbucks will be introducing some new drinks for the fall season. Launching on September 6 is the espresso-based Cordusio and the Cold Foam Dark Cocoa Nitro. The Cordusio is described as "an extra shot of espresso and steamed whole milk, mocha sauce and a light dusting of cocoa powder." And launching on September 18, the Iced Maple Pecan Latte with cold foam. It's unclear if these will be temporary or permanent so you're gonna want to head out and grab them before they're gone!
