He noticed a few guys were pulled over and was giving them a friendly hello. You will hear him above in the video and then the cop right after told him to take off. It came to my surprise when I heard the guy talk back to the authority. If a police officer told me to leave I would dash the hell out of there.

I have been very intimidated by the cops for the longest time now. But a lot of people are praising this guy for showing us our rights. I guess from the looks of it if a cop ever tells you to take off you can tell them to shut up and do their job. Clearly, the cops didn't do anything to the man who told them off. This goes to show you how great it is to see our Constitutional Rights in action.
