Their study was based on housing affordability, education quality, safety, and child-friendliness. Finding a place that is affordable and in a decent area is usually hard to find. But not if you live in a famiy-friendly city like El Paso. Apartment List put this study together in order to help you find you a new home. Virginia Beach, VA took home the win for earning first place for the most family-friendly city among the 50 largest cities. Luckily, El Paso came in second with a low graduation rate but overall a family-friendly city to live in!
