El Paso Can Enjoy New Years Day At The Rockhouse
Ah yes... New Year's Day. A great excuse to gather with friends & family & party. Oh I'm not talking about the holiday. I'm talking about the band that ROCKS: New Years Day from Anaheim, California.
Yes New Years is coming much earlier to El Paso: October 13th at The Rockhouse, 9828 Montana. to be precise. Just three weeks before Halloween & one week after we'll see another lovely (& deadly) female artist rock El Paso: Dorothy.
Since the mid 2000s, New Years Day has proven to a great band to listen when you want to get into the spooky season. Also it helps to have not only a great sounding lead singer, Ash Costello, but to have that distinctive look.
The last album NYD put out was 2019's Unbreakable but they surprised us with a brand new song called "Hurts Like Hell" that just dropped this past Sunday.
It's been a while since we've seen Ash Costello & New Years Day rock El Paso. It's been 7 years since 2015 when they performed at the Mesa Music Hall (R.I.P.). (she even did a Q&A with the El Paso Times before the show).
So far it has been their only time rocking El Paso but that'll change when they come here in October. (Unlike these bands who have ONLY performed here once)
So if you want to get into the Halloween spirit (or perhaps celebrate ACTUAL New Year's Day early) you can with NYD. You can get your tickets on Eventbrite right HERE.
