Beware! There Is A Fatal Deer Disease Spreading In Texas
One thing for certain two things for sure here in Texas you’re going to see a deer. As a matter of fact, deer are the cause of a lot of accidents here in Texas. As a little girl, I was always taught not to touch deer only because they sometimes can have ticks and bugs on them and you don’t itchy bugs, following you home. Well, now coming near a deer could be somewhat fatal.

According to Texas Standards, fatal neurological disease is continuing to spread through Texas through a deer population. This disease is caused by CWD or also known as chronic wasting disease and it is highly contagious it’s an incurable illness that deer herds in the states of Wyoming and Nebraska knew all about but now it’s made its first case in Texas in 2012. The Texas Park and Wildlife Department announced that calling wasting disease was reported in five different counties here in Texas.

This disease is spreading very fast and that’s really no good for the state of Texas knowing that Texas has probably one of the biggest industries of captive deer breeding. As of right now, there is no real way to prevent contracting the disease, besides avoiding the animal as much as possible.
