Pixee Fox is from North Carolina and has always had an obsession with the incredibly tiny waists of cartoon characters. The 25-year-old former electrician has spent over $100,000 on plastic surgery to achieve her goals of making he perfect body. More importantly, her perfect hourglass figure.

Her most recent surgery is the one that has people all over the internet wondering if she has gone too far. Pixie Fox has had her six lowest ribs removed to better achieve her goals of the tiniest waist in, basically, the whole world.

Pixee Fox's waist is now a record-breaking 14 inches. Fox grew up in a small town in Sweden, and always admired the tiny waists of cartoon characters like Jessica Rabbit, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and Holli Would from Cool World.
