Apparently she had been attempting to parallel park for a long while before the recording began. The lady driver was determined to get that spot but could not manage to do it. The guy and his friends kept laughing so hard at her expense at how far off she was. The noble thing he was willing to do was offer his help to get her that spot she wanted.
