What Are the New Buildings by Top Golf Going to Be?

I think I've made this exact comment to my wife every time we've been on I-10 driving by Top Golf recently. "Huh, I wonder what those buildings are going to be."

Well someone asked this question over on Reddit.

Does anybody know what the buildings going up by Top Golf are going to be? It looks like 4 or 5 new businesses. I tried googling but didn’t find anything. No signs posted that are viewable from I-10.

Someone responded and here is what we can apparently expect in that space.

One of the buildings is going to be a Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar. New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees is an owner.

Is this a guarantee that this is what we'll be getting? No. But if you go to that link they do have El Paso listed on their locations page without an actual address yet. It's listed under their "Sold Locations" section.

I am just waiting for the Cheesecake Factory rumor mill to start up again. I've only lived in El Paso for 5 years and that rumor has been pretty consistent the entire time. Some of the rumors have come true though. Most recently it was confirmed Amazon is building a distribution center. We did get a Dave and Busters, as well as a a Ruth's Chris Steak House. Of course, I don't think many people have been clamoring for a Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux. I could be wrong though.
