Volunteers Needed To Clean Up Memorial Site Every Friday

Your help is needed on Fridays at the memorial site behind Wal-Mart. Volunteers are needed every Friday to help tidy up the memorial site for the victims. They would like volunteers to help pick up any broken glass, candles that have melted, and limp flowers. If you do plan on volunteering at the memorial site it is held every Friday morning at 6:30 am. They will also provide you with gloves to use but ask you do return them once you're finished.

When you're helping out please know that the limp flowers must be placed separately from the broken glass, plastic, and paper. There will be cleanups held every Friday morning until there is a more permanent place for the victims memorial. If you can make time to volunteer please wear your El Paso Strong shirt (if you have one) and comfortable shoes. You're also asked to bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to help you out while you're cleaning up. Please help keep the victims memorial intact by volunteering on Friday morning.
