This man has no shame using a fake doll as his offspring to get free candy on Halloween! You can assume he wanted candy so bad he rather lie than going to a store to buy some.

The man that's ripping off the candy givers goes by the name Tom Mabe. After watching the first trick or treat scene it seems like his fake child could be a stiff statue. The funny part about this is after he gets his candy, the way he picks up and leaves is hilarious! Once you hit one minute and seven seconds into the video, you will feel so bad for the older gentleman and the little girl. If you're that desperate for candy, just get dressed up and do it like the rest of us or buy yourself a bag. Hopefully El Paso doesn't experience this kind of candy thief on Halloween night!
