The Dimebag Darrell, Jerry Cantrell, and a Goat Story

On the latest episode of Rockstar 101, Shim and I are talking about Pantera's Cowboys From Hell. We discuss the album and other interesting Pantera factoids, including the fact that Dimebag was almost in Megadeth. Yup, true story.

There's another story involving Dimebag Darrell that I have had for almost 15 years now. As far as I know, not that many have heard this story. Back when I was in Florida, Zakk Wylde came through town and performed for us at the radio station. Zakk's guitar tech, Moby (no, not THAT Moby) then told us a story that involved Dime, Jerry Cantrell, and a goat. There is also a Cadillac and about $2000 in stickers involved as well.

What can you expect from Rockstar 101? We've been doing the podcast for a couple years now, and I think we've locked in a true format for the show. Every month we jump to a new year and then every episode that month is based around an album that was released that year.
