Exactly 8 years ago Don Haskins Center hosted a huge rock concert Carnival of Madness tour.

Conan rocked his show this week!

Last week, Carnival of Madness revealed the arsenal of rock bands that will head up their 2013 trek including Shinedown, Papa Roach, Skillet, In This Moment and We as Human. Now, the first leg of dates and locations have been unveiled. Shinedown kicked off the inaugural run of Carnival of Madness back in 2010 and according to frontman Brent Smith are returning this year to reinvent the brand. Read

Shinedown will be headlining the 2013 Carnival of Madness. To celebrate, chat with lead singer, Brent Smith. Due to the overwhelming number of fans trying to sign in, the server crashed. Luckily, this will still happen tomorrow!

Halestorm tore through El Paso a while back with the Carnival Of Madness tour.  For the first time she and Amy Lee performed together right here in El Chuco and she and Halestorm continue to make history!

Saturday night, Evanescence, Chevelle, Halestorm, Cavo and New Medicine stormed into the Don Haskins Center and El Paso got a little mad for the evening. The bands met a bunch of fans during the day with several meet and greets, including the Carnivore of Madness, ChevHELLe and more, and then the bands started hitting the stage, turning it up each time.

Pete Loeffler of Chevelle is having a great time on the Carnival of Madness tour, and is ready to hit El Paso tomorrow with the new stage show and rock with Evanescence, Halestorm, Cavo and New Medicine! He called me today (from Lubbock, he believes) to talk about the tour, Hats Off to the Bull, his favorite BBQ, and Steve-O dropping his pants on stage!
