Hear Two El Paso Tik Tok Stars & Local Artists Touring Europe

Every Sunday afternoon, from 5 to 7pm, 95.5 KLAQ plays two hours of the latest national rock releases & we shine the spotlight on local rock from El Paso & around the Borderland. We call this: Q Connected.

This week we'll be hearing from some artists that are gaining attention from around the world; like the two El Paso bands that have been blowing up on Tik Tok:

The 1 800: They've already started 2022 off on the right foot by getting featured & played by certain Hollywood celebrities.
Cigarettes After Sex: They're one of the biggest bands to ever come out of El Paso. They did many shows & several countries & they have a North American Tour in 2022.

We'll hear many more hard working musicians like Javier Martinez, who will be touring Europe in the fall with his project Tale of Giants. You can see where he's going right HERE.

We also will hear from The Sullivans, Fools Like Me, Laserbrain (who's making their debut for Q Connected) & a lot more for this week's show.

We'll also hear the newest singles from Five Finger Death Punch (the latest from the Afterlife album), an song from I Prevail's upcoming album, True Power, coming out August 19th, & the long awaited return of Slipknot (and they got new masks too). We'll hear a new song off their upcoming The End, So Far, dropping September 30th .
