Food City is looking to hire tortilla makers for full time at their production area on the east side. According to their job listing:

Join our team and be a part of making our famous flour tortillas! Great opportunity for those on the Eastside looking for something close to home. Our flour tortillas are made in our production area at 11540 Pellicano, Suite D. Positions are full time. Drug test is required. Visit our offices Monday-Friday at 11540 Pellicano Suite D to apply.

I know that at the Fox Plaza location they made tortillas there, as well as the tamales, which coincidentally, they are also looking to hire tamal makers, and if you are interested in that position, you can find out more about that here.

Food City flour tortillas are some of my favorite, and I'm sure many other El Pasoans would agree that their tortillas are damn near close to homemade!

If you have no experience for making tortillas, I can tell you it's fairly easy; if you've ever played with Play-Doh as a child, you are all set.

Food City has recently added their deli selections to their Ranchland location which means the tortillas you make will be used for their delicious burritos!
