Family, friends, and co-workers still don't know the whereabouts for their beloved Erika Gaytan. She was the woman who attended a concert at the County Coliseum on July 13, 2019 and never returned home.

She has been missing for over a year now and the man who was last seen with her could possibly be back on our streets.

Just recently an El Paso Judge Sam Medrano reduced the bond for Ricardo Marquez. When Ricardo Marquez was first arrested last year in December his bond was at $1 million.

Just recently that bond changed and is now a $150,000 cash bond along with a $100,000 personal recognizance bond. Erika Gaytan still to this day has not been found and her family is demanding justice. They don't want to see the man allegedly responsible for Erika Gaytan's disappearance roam free.

Family and friends of Erika Gaytan are asking for your help to prevent Ricardo Marquez from being released. Ricardo Marquez is expected to plea for a full release due to Covid-19.

The family and friends will be taking precautions while they protest on behalf of Erika Gaytan on August 7. They're asking if you could show your support at the protest to drive by the El Paso County Court House and honk.

Another way you can help Erika Gaytan's family and friends get justice is by signing the petition online. The family hopes you will sign the petition to keep Ricardo Marquez from being released. If you have time to show your support at the El Paso County Court House tomorrow, the family is gathering around 3 pm. Your signature or honk can help Erika Gaytan's family keep Ricardo Marquez behind bars.
