Niece Of El Paso’s Night Stalker Details Abuse In New Book
The Night Stalker was a serial killer from El Paso who terrorized L.A. in the 80's. He also terrorized his niece in El Paso and now she's talking about it in a new book.
Rosie Juárez was the niece of serial killer Richard Ramirez, aka the "Night Stalker", who was sentenced to death for, (at least), 13 murders that the Judge said "showed “cruelty, callousness and viciousness beyond any human understanding".
The road to all that began in El Paso with his young niece, 11 years his junior, who he abused for many years.
This is not about that POS though, this is about his niece who has gone through a lot, came through it standing tall and has now found the courage to tell her story. The abuse, the troubled aftermath and the recovery.
The Book - "His Niece"
"His Niece" will be released today, April 10. In the book, she details the abuse she suffered between the age of 6 and 12 at the hands of her uncle. Her family didn't believe her, she wrote a letter about it to a friend which her mother intercepted and Rosie also told a social worker. The social worker did nothing.
For years, Rosie Juarez carried a secret no one wanted to hear.
Behind the mask of a notorious criminal known only for terror was once a trusted figure in her life — her uncle. In a place where family should have meant safety, silence became protection, and truth became something dangerous. - rosierjuarez.com
