There's not a lot that we are able to do these days but, here's a chance for you to safely get out and enjoy some live music. Something we all miss terribly.

Saturday, local musician Travis James Manning will perform at the Sombra Antigua Winery, located at 430 La Vina Road in Anthony, just a few minutes south of the legendary Chopes. Travis' set takes place from 2:30 - 5:30. Due to current COVID - 19 restrictions, occupancy is limited at Sombra Antigua and most activities must take place outside. No problem there though as they have a huge patio and yard area so you can properly socially distance yourself and still enjoy the live music. The latter being a rarity these days. If you wear your mask and keep your distance, it should be a pleasant afternoon for you.

Travis has been playing in and around El Paso and the Borderland for years and he takes requests too. (Just so 'ya know.) He's opened for acts like Stephen Stills and Sammy Hagar and also played the KLAQ Ballonfest one year, going on before Sully Erna and Aranda. He's also written and recorded with several bands and his latest, Flat Blak, has recently been featured on Q Connected. A weekly rock show I host on Sunday nights which focuses on new and local rock.

Enjoy some wine, live music, and at least a little break from this pandemic cloud ... that we've all been under for way too long ... while you can. For more info, click here.
