Does El Paso Think Aaron Jones Will Win A Ring With the Packers

Even though Green Bay's Aaron Jones wasn't born in El Paso, he's lived here for so long & played with the UTEP Miners, he's absolutely become an honorary El Pasoan.

He's defended El Paso's food from being slandered, he has his own Bar & Grill in town called Showtyme, & he's even received a key to the city from Mayor Oscar Leeser for his charity work.

So of course whenever he plays, a lot of people root for him to win & obviously win a Super Bowl ring to join the coveted list of Super Bowl Winners from El Paso. We know he has the skills & abilities TO win & he's signed a contract to stay with Green Bay Packers until he becomes a free agent in 2025. So the big question is, can he win a ring with the Packers? And does El Paso think he can still do it?

Since Aaron Jones joined with the Packers in 2017, their last 3 seasons from 2019-2021, they've made it into the playoffs to get eliminated in the Conference Finals in 2019 & 2020 and the Divisional round in 2021. And even though they lost, Aaron Jones still became one of the top 100 players in 2021 according to the NFL.

About 2/3 of the people who voted said yes while the other 1/3 said no. Me personally? I think Aaron Jones has proven to be a strong & resilient player. However... with Green Bay getting knocked out in the playoffs for 3 years straight, I'm not sure. I WANT to see Aaron win soon though. He deserves it.

We'll see what happens when the NFL season starts back up in September & I know regardless, myself & El Paso will be pulling for AJ to win that elusive ring.
