Dead Sara Unveil New Song ‘Dear Love’
Female fronted band Dead Sara have just released the new song ‘Dear Love’ from their upcoming self-titled debut album due out April 10 via Pocket Kid Records/Fontana/ Universal.
For fans who dug their track ‘Weatherman,’ although ‘Dear Love’ is mid-tempo track, frontwoman Emily Armstrong still maintains a rocking edge with her raspy vocals as she belts out, Dear love, he was a good man/ And I hope we rise to the occasion/ So I run away to you.
Armstrong’s vocal layers can go from giving you a warm hug to punching you in the face, and the pitch of her voice takes you on a rollercoaster ride you won’t soon forget. Not to mention the lyrics of the song are filled with poetic thought and deep emotion.
Dead Sara also includes guitarist Siouxsie Medley, drummer Sean Friday, bass player Chris Null. The band will be heading out on tour with the Used and Chevelle along with being a part of Warped Tour 2012 this summer, go here for a full list of dates and cities.
