Hey, El Paso! Que paso? I was gone for a few days and things got wild! I just returned to El Paso after a few days up in Cloudcroft and Ruidoso. Lisa, Buzz and Brandon also spent a few days up there, but our paths never crossed.

So, there I was, on St. Patrick's Day evening, in our cozy cabin, watching "The Great Outdoors" for the millionth time, when my friend texts me. "You're not gonna believe all the craziness happening today. El Paso needs a limpia" she tells me. When I asked why; she sent me all the links! The winds weren't the only crazy thing in El Paso last week!

Let's start with the human remains found at the Amazon distribution site, which Brandon wrote about last week. It probably shouldn't come as a surprise that human remains were found way out there by Eastlake; that whole area used to be nothing but desert- it's possible that more human remains could be found. Just recently, the El Paso County Sheriff's office confirmed that it was indeed human bones.

Then, there was a great deal of accidents on St. Patrick's day! The EPPD had their hands full just by taking one look at the KVIA Twitter page! Multiple car accidents and a stabbing. Finally, the EPPD had to take their frustrations to Twitter and tell El Pasoan's "No mas" and to just find an Uber or Lyft; however, according to FitFam, Uber's and Lyft's were scarce that night.

Finally, there was the abundance of people swarming to the El Paso Zoo, where, some parents let their children climb into the Chimpanzee exhibit! Did we not learn from Harambe? The Zoo director now says that they are going to be making some changes since some of y'all don't know how to act.

I want to say that it was just one bad day in El Paso, but maybe it was just one whole bad week. I get that it was spring break and it's been a year since things have been open- I'm sure people were anxious to get out of the house and do something! But, it got a little too wild- and this is why we can't have nice things.
