Bully Knocks Herself Out

When I was growing up I guess I was lucky enough to never be bullied to the point someone was going to beat me up. I think had the usual name calling and being teased but no one ever laid a hand on me. I don't know why but recently I have been seeing a lot of videos online of acts of bullying being filmed. Is this something kids think is funny or what?

I don't know why the bully wanted to fight the girl. If you look at the clip the victim gets the best revenge against her bully. EVER!
