Sunday afternoons, from 5-7pm, that's your chance to rock out with 2 hours of the latest national releases & we shine the spotlight of great local & regional rock from El Paso, Texas & around the Borderland. We call this... Q-Connected.

Since the Cowboys season gets started next Sunday, on the 11th, Q Connected WON'T be on the air for 2 weeks (and this will be sporadic throughout the season). But we STILL will bring you the show as planned this Sunday & you can hear great local bands like:

Fusebox (who will be opening for the hip/hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony),

Little King (who's holding a show celebrating 25 years at the Rockhouse later in September),

Circa Arcana & Late Night Drive Home (who BOTH landed a spot on this list of great Texas bands),

Cordova (who's opening up for Sublime with Rome & Alien Ant Farm at Speaking Rock on the 10th) and many more.

And we'll hear a brand new song from Dorothy, a song that's an ode to her loyal fans. She'll be playing for her local fans here in town next month in October. You can hear one of her big hits in 2022, Rest In Peace, down below.

If you're a local artist from El Paso, you perform within 200 miles of El Paso, or you have a band in Texas, you're more than welcome to send your music in for the NEXT Q Connected right HERE. Or you can send me an email at daniel.paulus@townsquaremedia.com

Join me for Q Connected, this Sunday, 5-7pm, on 95.5 KLAQ.

Dorothy stops by Star City Studios for a KLAQ exclusive performance. A few lucky fans were able to watch Dorothy perform some of her hits and answer questions from the audience.
