Apparently, They Don’t Have Potlucks In England And I’m Confused

While discussing potluck weddings during the show, we were shocked to find out potlucks aren't really a thing in the UK. During this week's "Am I the A**hole" segment of the show, we discussed a man who wanted to know if he was in the wrong for bringing Kraft Mac n Cheese to a wedding. While we all overwhelmingly agreed that the dish he brought was delicious, what really caught my attention were the comments on his post. Many of the respondents were from England and many discussed how they weren't familiar with the term "potluck."

Safe to say, if you ever move to England, or host an Englishman at your abode, better to cook everything yourself than to ask them to bring a dish. Personally, I’ll be ordering take-out for them.
