This Sunday, March 17th we have another closure happening in west El Paso for 27 hours straight. So, celebrate St. Patty's at home? Starting at 3 a.m. on Sunday, get ready for more congested roads and headaches on the west side of El Paso. The Go 10 Project will be having another one of their 27 hours freeways closures for you to enjoy (please note the sarcasm).

Starting this Sunday, March 17th at 3 a.m. I-10 West will be closed at the North Mesa Street exit ramp. Motorists will exit then re-enter the freeway at Redd Road. North Desert Boulevard will also be closed from North Mesa Street to the North Mesa entrance ramp. You can enter the freeway through the Redd Road entrance ramp. The North Mesa entrance ramp to I-10 will be closed till further notice. North Mesa street will also be closed completely from South Desert Boulevard to North Desert Boulevard. When you exit the freeway at North Mesa street you can only turn right.

To get through this heavily trafficked area, motorists can use Doniphan, North Mesa Street, and McNutt. You can find out more information on the Go 10 El Paso Twitter and website.
