Woman Arrested For Possession Of SpaghettiOs Sauce

A Florida woman spent more than a month in jail, after police found a spoon covered in some kind of residue. The police suspected 23-year-old Ashley Gabrielle Huff was using methamphetamines, when the spoon was actually used to eat SpaghettiOs.

Uh, oh SpaghettiOs! Huff tried to explain to the police that she never used, sold or made methamphetamines, but he argument didn't persuade the police. She ended up spending more than a month in jail, before the crime lab finally discovered the suspious residue to be SpaghettiO

s sauce.Huff was released from custody, and now may pursue legal action against the Gainesville police department, the jails and the D.A. office, for malicious prosecution and unlawful arrest.
