There have been rumors on the internet about a tour between rockers Linkin Park and 30 Seconds To Mars and AFI as the opener. There are two dates in Texas, is one near El Paso?

Update: The bands held a press conference yesterday to confirm that they are going on tour together.

Rumors have been going around about a tour between Linkin Park and 30 Seconds To Mars. There was no official announcement out, but the band did release dates earlier. AFI is also slated to open the show. The tour is scheduled to begin on August 8th and, from the dates released so far, end on September 19th.

On their Facebook page, the band hinted that there might be a tour and said they had a special announcement to give at 11 a.m. Pacific today. You can see the announcement here.
