West El Paso Is Getting A New Five Below, Wing Daddy’s & Coconuts
The Sun City is expanding as Five Below, Wind Daddy's, and Coconuts plan on opening new locations in West El Paso.
El Paso has been growing over the last decade, especially in the east and west parts of town.
Eastlake, for example, went from a dusty desert to a full-blown community with dozens of new retailers, restaurants, and businesses popping up, including Dutch Bros., Amazon, Crumbl Cookies, and even luring Chopsticks back into the mix.
Northwest El Paso has also seen many more businesses move into the new Cimmarron neighborhood shopping center, such as Tropical Smoothie, Pho Tre Bien, and Julio's Mexican Restaurant, to name a few.
Now three more businesses are planning to open, beginning with two local hot spots, Wing Daddy's Sauce House, Coconuts West, and the national chain Five Below.
Wing Daddy's Sauce House
Wing Daddy's Sauce House has been serving up its delicious wings with various sauces and menu options to hungry El Pasoans since 2008. After more than a decade in business, the restaurant has grown to 30 locations across El Paso, Austin, San Antonio, and Mexico. And the franchise continues to grow as it prepares to open its 8th location in far west El Paso near the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso.
Coconuts West
The first Coconuts Bar & Grill opened off Piedras over a decade ago, and now it seems it's bringing its 'Isla' vibe to the west side near UTEP. Following its neighbors down the street, The District Pub & Kitchen has also opened at the Rudolph Plaza, making the two neighbors again.
Five Below
Five Below is a discount store that sells products aimed at teens and tweens with items priced up to $5 and other products ranging up to $25 out of Philadelphia. Currently, there are seven locations in El Paso, with another store opening next to the Sprouts off Sunland Park Drive.
All three establishments plan to open within the next few months. We'll keep you posted when we learn more.
