UTEP Basketball Tickets Are More Affordable Than Ever Before

The UTEP basketball season is less than four months away and the university's athletic department are doing everything they can to get fans back into the Don Haskins Center. Earlier this week, season ticket information for both Miners men's and women's basketball was rolled out and there are some noticeable changes.

For the men, the biggest takeaway is that they are diving up the Don Haskins Center with more available seating options. There are now a pair of low-end seating options ($170 and $185) compared to $160 upper level seating from two years ago. The price of the bronze season ticket is also down $45 from two years ago. The price of a Copper season ticket is up $25 from 2019, while Gold went up $40. The silver ticket stayed the same price as two seasons ago, while floor seating is now divided into baseline and sideline. UTEP offered a $1,610 courtside seat in 2019.

As for parking, UTEP is offering eight different lots depending on the minimum contribution to the Miner Athletic Club. Fans can receive parking for as low as a $50 annual contribution to the MAC.

After offering a general admission season ticket for UTEP women's basketball, the university has finally decided to make all of their season tickets in the orange seats reserved. This is a great decision, especially for diehard fans that no longer have to worry about arriving early to get the seats that they want. In the process, they added a Silver and Gold section for the Miners, and also have courtside sideline and baseline options available. The Copper seat price is up $5 from two years ago, while courtside is either $5 more (baseline) or $30 more (sideline) than floor seats in 2019. You can also sit center-court now for $90, which is a great value for a Miners team that is expected to compete for a trip to the postseson.
