If You’re Thirsty In Texas, Better Bring Water In
Whether you live in Texas or you're just visiting, that Texas heat is going to make you thirsty. Sadly, Texas has the unhealthiest water in the United States of America.
Texas has the most irradiated water in the USA and it also has other stuff in it like lead and arsenic. Although, compared to other states, our arsenic levels aren't bad.
With a super hot summer coming at us, you might want to consider stocking up on water bottled somewhere else.
A very critical step in surviving Texas' blistering summer heat is to stay hydrated. To do that, you should. (duh), drink a lot of water. Texas, however, has the worst public water ratings in the USA and the most polluted water in the country as well.

Where Is Texas Water Worst?
The most polluted water systems are in the state’s small rural communities, where resources are scarce, and populations are often around 100 people per provider. - Newsbreak
In addition to contaminants like lead, arsenic and radiation; Texas' water issues also stem from things like old pipes and water systems as well as other pollutants dumped directly into Texas waterways. El Paso water contains high levels of chromium 6 as well as arsenic, lead and disinfectant byproducts.
