The Snow Didn’t Miss El Paso, There Are Snowflakes Everywhere

Who are the snowflakes? Are they bleeding heart liberals? Are they MAGA? After a lot of research, and by research I mean just going to social media frequently, I have come to the conclusion that anyone can be a snowflake.

According to Urban Dictionary a snowflake is defined as:

A very sensitive person. Someone who is easily hurt or offended by the statements or actions of others. This has nothing to do with politics. Snowflakes can be liberal or conservative. Whether it's a compliment or an insult is a matter of opinion and depends on the context.

That about sums it all up. I see everyone from all walks of life get bent out of shape on social media. The people who tend to get the most bent out of shape tend to be the least educated. How do I know this? I'm basing this judgement on what I know of my friends on social media. The loudest ones fall into a few different categories:

• The stoner that was always super deep in their beliefs who is willing to believe anything that makes sense when they're stoned. That's because they're stoned all the time.
• The hardcore liberal who believes that money grows on trees and you solve a problem by throwing money at it. This person also tends to believe an animal's life is worth more than a human life.
• The deep state MAGA Q-Anon conservative who believes that Trump is still in full control and is about to low the lid on the whole thing.
• The conservative that has spent so much of their life disagreeing with liberals that they will still defend Trump despite the fact his actions go against EVERYTHING conservatives stand for.

Of course, there are others that fall under the definition of snowflake. It's not exclusive to just those three groups. Those are just the most prominent. Even though this isn't exclusively a political thing, the easiest way to find out which of your friends are snowflakes. Post something derogatory about one of the political parties. Doesn't matter. In fact, post something negative about the Democrats, wait a few days, then post something negative about the Conservatives. Be prepared though because when you do that, you have essentially sparked a blizzard. Winter is coming...
