The Pretty Reckless’ Taylor Momsen Never Wants To Act Again

"Acting is so a part of my past at this point, it legitimately was my childhood. So no."

The Pretty Reckless' Taylor Momsen seems like she's sick of people asking about if she will ever return to acting. In an interview with KLAQ last week, we asked the "Oh My God" singer whether or not she would want to return to acting if there where was a role she just couldn't say no to.

"I don't think so. No."

Momsen was quick with her response and said that she really didn't get a choice on whether or not she wanted to be an actress when she was younger. Momsen said when she got to an age where she was able to make her own decisions she quit acting to focus on her true passion- music. When asked if there was any advice she would have given her younger self, Momsen replied:

"Realize the power I had earlier. Realize how powerful you can be and realize the power I had earlier."

She also talked about some of the issues she had when she first started the band:

"I think with my previous job, and my previous careers I think that that was something to overcome when we started the band. I think people didn't take it seriously. Which why would you? I was 15 and on a television show. But that has gone away, we've been a band for almost ten years now."
