People who make speeches interesting usually tend to keep your attention than lose it.

If you have recently been listening to the KLAQ Morning Show, you probably have heard Buzz go on about how much he loves the HBO series, True Detective. The first season of this series has come to end and the lead characters played by Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey, will not return. Fortunately, Jimmy Kimmel has an idea of who should be in season 2.

I was looking around on Facebook and saw a new trailer for "Insidious 2", which I'm interested in seeing.  I really liked the first one, up until the trip into the whatever, so basically up until the last fifteen minutes.  Hopefully, the new one keeps the creepiness going longer, and doesn't do the Hollywood crap at the end. This week the MoSho is joined by one of our all-time favorite stand-ups, Robert Hawkins.  Today with Hawkins we learned that when Manu Ginobili plays poorly he resembles Simple Jack, that "Gandolfini" in Italian means "Little Wizard" and that El Paso is a dusty city. I love effects pedals. I don't use a lot of them, but I love to play around with them. I think this is one pedal I would turn on and use all the freaking time! I think a lot of players would love to have one of these. It would save a huge amount of time, and we'd never have to hear certain kinds of playing ever again. I think I'll order one for Buzz...

I needed a laugh today. I really did. So, upon seeing this video and receiving said laughter, I decided I had to share it with you guys. Yes, it is a cute cat video, but it's also an inside-the-demented-mind kind of video. If you want to know what kind of twisted thoughts might be going on inside your pets' heads, this will be a good laugh for you.

It seems like everyone is a gamer now, or at least claims to be. Even my nephew is a bad-ass on the Xbox, killing bad guys and fragging teammates by the hundreds. One of my favorite comedy/gaming/video crews created an internet series called Immersion a while back, and it's finally returned for season two!

A lot of people don't seem to get this whole "debt crisis" thing that's been talked about so much over the last few years. And while this is sort of political, it's not aimed at a party, so don't get your knickers in a twist. This is about all politicians, and the situation they've gotten us into. Enjoy!

Okay, I will admit it now. I have actually watched movies like The Toxic Avenger, Nuke 'Em High, and others from the nut-jobs at Troma. They were huge in the 80's, with their ridiculously bad, insanely violent movies. The crazy thing about their latest work-in-progress, "Return to Nuke 'Em High" is that it looks exactly like the other movie from the 80's!
