Sunland Park Is Ready To Race Again

The 2019-2020 horse racing season begins this month and one of the first races will be the KLAQ Handicap.

Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino will be kicking off the horse racing season right after Christmas, on December 26th. Tens of thousands of dollars, millions even, are up for grabs this season.

A couple of days after opening day, the KLAQ handicap takes place on December 28th. That race has a $65,000 purse!  A special KLAQ area will be set up for KLAQ winners who will receive a free lunch, a free wager and a chance to win even more money.
