Are you stressed out at work? Well, you're not alone. PR Newswire has an article about a survey that asked people about stress at work. And not shockingly, lots of people are stressed at work.

Not only are people stressed out at work, but work anxiety is on the rise. The largest percent of people who are stressed fall between the ages of 18-34. Now I know what you're thinking. This is because you have millennials complaining about their jobs. But the percent of people in that age group who say they're stressed out isn't that much higher than those 35 to 54. The younger group had 64%, while the older group had 59% of people say they are stressed out with their job.

The article also goes into tips about how to help alleviate stress.

  • Stay organized and block specific times to work on one project at a time. Don't juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • If your to-do list seems to be never ending and you can't catch up, say something. Your boss might not know how much you have on your plate.
  • If you're starting to feel overwhelmed, take a break. Go for a quick walk or grab a snack.
