Talented tattoo artists from around the country are descending on downtown El Paso this weekend for the Star City Tattoo Expo! This weekend, the Star City Tattoo and Arts Expo is back and better than ever. It's been eight years since the first Star City event back at Fort Bliss and since then it's grown to so much more than just your average tattoo convention.
