Today is the first of three days of rattlesnake wrangling, rattlesnake milking and eating of the rattlesnake meat. It's the Rattlesnake Roundup in Sweetwater, Texas.

Rattlesnake milking isn't what you're picturing, as rattlesnakes don't have nipples. No, what they "milk" is the venom from the snake's fangs. The venom is used to make anti-venin for snakebite victims (the majority of whom, I'm assuming, are the ones gathering the snakes for the Roundup.
