There's no doubt that El Paso has a bunch of great murals.

All over the city, there's lots of great artwork from local artists to admire. But there's one on the East side that many people, myself included, have quite a few questions about!

I'm talking about that mural right outside of Jaguars Club! I've never been to Jaguars, but we all can see it from the freeway.

Jaguars Club

Jaguars, located at 11377 Gateway Blvd. West, in El Paso, has this one eye catching mural with four gentlemen on it before you enter the club. I have just a few questions about this (really huge) mural, as I'm sure many of you do!

Now, I think we all know why the jaguar is there, obviously- the name of the place is Jaguars! The mural also has the star on the Franklin Mountains, which is a nice touch. But who are the four fellows in the mural?!

Upon further inspection it looks like their names are, from left to right, Abraham, Caesar, I cannot make out the name in the middle, and Leo on the far right. The name who I cannot make out says "In Loving Memory"- so, RIP to him.

Who are these gentlemen? Are they the owners? Are they related? Is Jaguars a family owned business?! Is it weird for patrons of Jaguars to see this mural before they enter? For at least one patron it is weird, in fact, it kind of ruins the mood for them.

I wouldn't say the mural is ugly, but it definitely is eye catching!

I'll keep digging around for answers to this very important question and will update when I have answers.
