Leave it to TikTok to create some new food trend. Some, like the whipped coffee and the sandwich hack, were pretty cool; others, like the mashed potatoes made from boiled POTATO CHIPS were gross!

A new food trend has emerged and if you're trying to be on the healthier side, this one may appeal to you. The original poster, @Natures_food, posting an aesthetically pleasing video that makes it look like you'll be in paradise if you eat this.

Looks simple, right? All you need are blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds and coconut water. Other users have used strawberries, like Lizzo- who helped the trend gain popularity.

Lizzo has become addicted, she said so in a follow up TikTok video. According to @Natures_food, this combination helps with digestive issues and also gives him energy.

It wasn't long after Lizzo posted her video that many others followed suit. Now, it seems like everyone has hopped on the trend and started making themselves a bowl of nature's cereal.

To be completely honest, I'm not impressed. To me it looks like a deconstructed smoothie. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the berries, the pomegranate seeds and the coconut water separately, I just feel like this would be better as a smoothie.

I'm sure it does taste delicious, berries are good and coconut water is tasty. I'll admit that I did try to recreate it, however, when I went to the store to get the ingredients they were out of pomegranate seeds! I guess a lot of other people had the same idea.
