Ozzy Osbourne's acknowledged mistress has filed a lawsuit against the singer's daughter, claiming she's been "slut shamed, bullied and harassed" in the wake of comments made by Kelly Osbourne. Michele Pugh's court action also fills in several details about a relationship she claims went on for three years with Ozzy.

The issue with Kelly dates back to a series of tweets Ozzy's daughter made after her parents' marriage was rocked by news of Ozzy's infidelity. Kelly shared the celebrity hairstylist's phone number, along with the suggestion that Pugh was available for blow jobs. She also, perhaps jokingly, levied a charge of elder abuse.

Pugh's suit, as reported by TMZ, claims that Pugh's relationship with Osbourne dated back to 2013. She says the elder abuse charge was defamatory, and that the Black Sabbath frontman did not financially support her. The ensuing media coverage has left Pugh damaged emotionally and harmed her business, she says.

Married for more than three decades, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne reconciled last month, following their split in May. Osbourne has since admitted that he suffers from a sex addiction, a confession praised by his wife.

"He's [been] going to outpatient for sex addiction for the last three months, and after the Black Sabbath tour, he goes into inpatient for three months," Sharon said today on TV's The Talk (via People magazine). "He's working at it. ... It's hard because it affects the whole family and it's quite embarrassing to talk about. Drugs and drinking is more acceptable, but when it's somebody who has a sex addiction, it's more embarrassing. I am proud [Ozzy] has come out and admitted it finally."
