A Gallup, New Mexico, man had an unusual accident Sunday.

According to the El Paso Times, 26-year-old Glenn Livingston went around a barricade set up on a highway near Gallup and smashed into both a fire truck and an emergency helicopter. The medical transport helicopter and the fire engine were at the scene of an accident in McKinley Count New Mexico. They suspect that the driver of the car was drunk.

Livingston was arrested and he has been charged with aggravated DWI, resisting arrest and other offenses, according to the EP Times article. The article also says that

The helicopter was unoccupied and not running at the time of the crash, KRQE-TV reported. The McKinley County Sheriff’s Office said no injuries were reported. All of the vehicles involved, including the helicopter, had to be towed from the site, police said.
